Terms of Sale

Any Orafo product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund provided the product is new, unused, unopened and in original packaging. The product must be accompanied by an original paid receipt. 

Product Warranty

Orafo manufactured products are warranted for 3 years against manufacturers defects. Any such defect will be repaired or replaced by Orafo once the item is sent prepaid freight to an Orafo Service Center. Upon repair or replacement the item will be returned freight collect to the designated ship to address. Customers must email info@orafotools.com to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. All products purchased from authorized distributors must be accompanied by a proof of purchase before an RMA number will be issued. Normal wear and tear, abuse or shipping damage is not covered by this warranty.
